Making first responders laugh since 2024. Dark humor, real talk, and a mental health book that actually doesn't suck.
I'm a firefighter/paramedic from Kentucky who started making funny memes and videos about the job in January 2024. Within a few months, my following exploded — and I realized I had something real.
Since then I've published multiple books for first responders and their families, launched a party game, hit the standup comedy stage, and started speaking nationally. I use humor as a bridge to the conversations nobody in this profession wants to have.
I'm not a motivational poster. I'm a firefighter/paramedic who uses real experience, real humor, and real stories to help departments, conferences, and healthcare organizations talk about the hard stuff.
Finally, someone who gets it. I bought Don't Lose Yourself for my whole crew. Every single one of them read it. That never happens.
He spoke at our conference and had 300 first responders laughing AND crying in the same hour. We've had speakers before. This was different.
The humor is dark and spot-on, but underneath it is a real message. My partner and I both needed this. Thank you for not making it cringe.
